Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days from the order date. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Local delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the shipping date. Orders are delivered directly to your door.
International orders typically arrive within 10 to 15 working days from the shipping date. Tracking details are provided once your order is shipped.
Local courier delivery is R120. Orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping within South Africa. International courier charges are calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to taxes and import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer a 7 day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom and personalised products cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non returnable
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.
